Poly-Fab is a small HDPE pipe distributor located in South Roxana, IL (approx 15 miles Northeast of St. Louis, MO).  Their annual sales for the
past two years averaged about $700,000.  This acquisition is expected to close during the month of August.

Garry Bouvet will be responsible for the integration of Poly-Fab into ISCO's business.  Garry will be transitioning from his role as Regional Sales
Manager to the Distribution Site Manager as well as additional responsibilities that will be announced after the successful integration of
the company.  

Shane Schuessler has been hired as the new Regional Sales Manager for the Missouri and Southern IL territory.  His first day will be August 12th.
