Rick Mann, Senior Civil Engineer of a chemical facility in Illinois was impressed with the extra measure of service that ISCO gave them during a plant shutdown. Discovered at the facility was a badly deteriorated process sewer manhole that had to be replaced immediately. The manhole was under a concrete floor, and it had to be replaced within 7 days. Moreover, the new manhole had to be acid resistant, and there was very little time left to solve their problem. Rick called upon Garry Bouvet, one of our Regional Sale Managers, who provided him service that Rick deemed was nothing less than incredible. Below are some excerpts from his letter:

“We faxed to Garry’s home our dimensional requirements for a fabricated HDPE manhole on Sunday afternoon. Our piping contractor phoned an order to you on Monday morning. ISCO fabricated the HDPE manhole on the same day and shipped the new manhole to us on Monday evening from Huntsville, AL. The manhole arrived at our plant early on Tuesday morning. The manhole was fabricated to our exact specifications and connected to our existing sewer with absolutely no problem whatsoever.

The fabricators in your Huntsville fabrication shop did one heck of a quality-welding job. It is really good to know that when excellent service is needed, we can count on ISCO Industries.”

Kevin Harshberger, Vice-President of a contracting company in Ohio, was impressed with ISCO’s capabilities during a high profile, environmentally sensitive Storm Sewer Replacement project. More specifically, the service he received from Chris Ulrich, one of our Regional Sales Engineers, is what encouraged Kevin to write a letter to the President of ISCO. “The project was set-up as a Design-Build, with tremendous time constraints from the outset. Though we could have requested qualifications and quotations from many polyethylene suppliers, we sole-sourced the project to ISCO. The reason was simple, Chris Ulrich.
