FRIALEN© Fusion Control FRIAMAT Technology For The Future
The "Hardware": Fully Automatic Control The FRIALEN© universal automatic fusion control box has a computerized command
system for fully automatic control and energy supply monitoring.
The "Software": The Coding Of The Future Every FRIALEN© fitting has a bar code label which contains the information needed for correct fusion. The fusion time is established automatically, adjusting for the ambient temperature as measured by an external probe.
Simple, Reliable And Quick Hold the wand like a pencil and position it slightly in front of the boar code. Then move it quickly and smoothly across the whole label and a bit beyond. You can read either from left to right or from right to left.
Who Fused What, And When You Know It All! The unit can be set to require a fusion password. In this way you can ensure that only trained personnel can use the equipment. Reporting capability allows you to download to a PC or directly to a standard printer. Reports will indicate fusion date, time, ambient temperature, fitting type and size, user ID, and even the manufacturer of the part.
Safety Is Our Primary Concern The electronics are housed in a double-insulated, splashproof casing. A 42 volt maximum secondary voltage provides safety for the operator.
Use The Technology Of Tomorrow - Today! The bar code technology is already an internationally recognized standard in electrofusion systems, and is widely used throughout Europe.
